The journey for Primordial Soup has switched into high gear as we try to find a publisher. Material has been sent out, now we must wait, and wait, and wait. Gary and I continue to work on the manuscript refining and adding more. We are planning a Google Gourmet Feast with Jim and Shirley soon. We’ll let you know how it comes out.
It is peach time in Texas so I’m looking into adding some peach recipes to the book. A friend, Chef Peter Madden told me about a cold peach soup with other fruits. Sounds interesting and something that could have been made even in the dark ages since there is no cooking involved. It might not have looked as elegant as the Chef’s but would have been eatable.

We’re really cooking now. Primordial Soup and Other Ancient Recipes is coming to a boil, the mixing and remixing of the manuscript for the final dish is being readied to serve to editors and agents at the Book Expo America. Wish us luck!

The sooner we get this delectable dish printed the faster you will be able to partake of it’s savory goodness. Then you can come back here and give us input into the next dish.
